As a missionary affiliated with The Hope Project, individuals do not receive a guaranteed salary but instead rely on Gods provision through contributions from generous individuals and congregations. Raúl Castro
Raul Castro has dedicated his service to Hope Project International, where he has served for over 13 years. Throughout his tenure, Raul has played a key role in launching and developing various ministries, helping to expand the organization's impact on communities in need. His passion for serving others and his commitment to spreading hope have been integral to the growth and success of Hope Project International. Raul’s leadership and hands-on involvement have made him a vital part of the organization's mission to bring lasting change to the lives of individuals and families in Nicaragua.

Vocational Training/Logistical Support
Kaitlyn and Jacob
Kaitlyn Hayes is 20 years old. When she was growing up, she wanted to be a hairstylist and a stay-at-home mom. In 2020, she graduated and became a licensed hairstylist. Her dream came true and she is now using her talent as a stylist for Jesus. She has always loved serving others for Jesus and is excited to be used by Him now with her passion for beauty! Kaitlyn is set to return after May 2025, accompanied by her new husband, Jacob, who will be lending his support to our vocational training and logistical efforts for all the Hope programs.
